Hot, dry, and windy conditions along with lightning strikes have sparked the TCU September Lightning Complex Fire, and CAL FIRE crews are fully engaged in the response. The fire has burned 13,790 acres and is 15% contained. Engines, dozers, hand crews, helicopters, and airtankers are all working together to slow the fire, reinforce containment lines, and protect communities in the area.
