The third edition of Beyond the Label (BTL) campaign by NCSS Singapore was launched recently. It has made good progress over the years, but breaking down stigma towards mental health is an ongoing work. Don’t be afraid to speak to our loved ones about mental health because it can strike anybody at anytime, and if necessary, seek professional help early.
