The #birth of a critically #endangered Sumatran rhino at an Indonesian national park marks a significant conservation milestone. Born on November 25, the small male calf increased the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary's population to 10. With fewer than 80 Sumatran rhinos left worldwide, this park is part of ongoing efforts to save this unique species. The #SumatranRhino (Dicerorhinus sumatrensis) is known for being the smallest and hairiest of the #rhino family, and the only Asian rhino with two horns.
