The Albuquerque Police Department held a Sunday press conference to address what they call "misinformation" regarding the officer involved shooting that left a handcuffed man dead in the back of a patrol car. We learned the suspect was NOT properly searched and sat in the back of the patrol unit for 45 minutes with a gun in his waistband.
