Vulnerable post. I weigh the most I have weighed since being pregnant with my son, who is now 7. I am sooo inconsistent and binge eat at least once or twice a week. But this year I am taking control of my life and my eating habits, and doing a complete 180. My body is so inflamed and I definitely feel like the definition of “skinny fat.” I know I am not huge, but i feel so unhealthy, and unhappy in my own skin.
