While I'm grateful for the $180 xfinity gift card based on being a Veteran, based on this experience, I think it is incumbent on Xfinity to provide a better process of how to issue a workable and usable virtual prepaid card that is real.

Jul 18, 2024 · the virtual prepaid card from xfinity for veterans sent in email is not valid. number on card is no good. spoke with at least 5 phone agents and just the run around. filed complaint to fcc. xfinity should not be allowed to false advertise but they are so big they don’t care. sgt. usmc.
