Jun 26, 2023 · The amount is still $31k with their 4.5% interest and 5% origination fee. I was curious because they have been working on settling it so I called the old loan serviced. They said they have a pending settlement for $13k. In the final disclosure I see a small sentence that Yrefy may pay less but still charge us the full original amount.

The company is 100% legit, has an avg of 3.9% Fixed interest (1-7% interest range) and has loan terms from 3-10 yrs and in some special cases 15 year agreements are available. Escrow usually lasts between 60-90 days, but can take longer if originating lender/collection agency is being slow to settle.

I look at the final disclosure to sign and notice this Loan amount- $31,000 (current charged off balance) Rate -4.5% Origination Fee - 5% Tiny disclosures saying this is the loan amount regardless of what Yrefy settled for

Mar 22, 2023 · That sounds like a scam, 50k+ for lessons on investment is a scale alone and could be feeding false information so the person who created the lessons gets the payout. It's like "how to make 100$ selling an ebook" and the only page in said book is "thanks for the 100$" or "sell an ebook for $100" There is a lot of free info online about investing.

Oct 12, 2023 · I just looked at their Instagram. I was curious if anything had changed since I clocked it as a potential scam a couple of weeks ago. One image of a happy person is a cut and pasted job. The other is just an unboxing, no proof one had Amazon gift receipts. But that doesn't mean one of them had a friend do it.

Yrefy and their investors are making money on the spread. Why Ramsey Solutions advertises this organization, other than their checks probably clear, is beyond me. "The 10.25% return we offer is made possible through our unique investment strategy.
