Stefanos Tzimas explains why he signed for Brighton
Stefanos Tzimas says a conversation with Fabian Hurzeler helped persuade him to sign for Albion. The Greece under-21 striker will link up with the Seagulls in the summer. He will complete this season on loan with German second-tier outfit Nuremberg, where he has scored ten goals already this season.
DONE DEAL: Brighton land Nurnberg striker Tzimas
Tzimas has penned a contract to 2030 with Brighton, but will spend the rest of the season on-loan with Nurnberg. The striker joined Nuremburg from PAOK Salonika in the summer on loan, in a move that included an option to buy. Nurnberg activated that option in this current window, ahead of his move to Albion.
