WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (WJW) — A shooting at a festival in a Utah park left three people dead, including an 8-month-old infant, police said. The violence broke out around 8 p.m. during WestFest, an annual carnival held at in West Valley City, a suburb of Salt Lake City.
