Jurors in the Karen Read trial had three questions for the judge inside Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts on Tuesday during their third day of deliberations.

The jury in Karen Read’s retrial came back with three questions for Judge Beverly Cannone on Tuesday morning. Jurors asked what the “timeframe” was for Read’s operating under the influence charge. “OUI at 12:45 [a.m.] or OUI at 5 a.m.?” Cannone read from the jury note.

Karen Read has pleaded not guilty on three charges related to the 2022 death of her cop boyfriend John O'Keefe.
