Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said his state "will not stop until every missing person is found" following devastating flooding in central Texas over the Fourth of July weekend that left at least 104 dead. Ten young girls and a counselor from Camp Mystic in Hunt remain missing Tuesday.

The death toll from catastrophic flooding in Texas over the July Fourth weekend has surpassed 100 as the massive search continues for missing people.
