蔚来董事长李斌近日首次公开确认，公司正与英国超跑品牌迈凯伦开展技术合作，主要涉及向对方输出动力电池及电动汽车平台相关技术。这项合作由迈凯伦重要股东阿布扎比投资机构CYVN Holdings（以下简称CYVN）促成，其持有的蔚来股份占比达20.1%。据李斌透露，技术合作收入已自今年一季度起纳入财报，二季度相关收益显著增长，但目前仍存在波动。

据公开资料显示，元戎启行作为一家专注于辅助驾驶系统研发的企业，在自动驾驶技术领域持续深耕。此次工商变更后，公司股东结构调整为周光、深圳谛儒投资合伙企业（有限合伙）以及深圳深途投资合伙企业（有限合伙）等主体共同持股。
