A family is suing Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) and a principal, claiming he threatened two 7-year-old children with a gun in 2019 at Hartstern Elementary.
"We will take several factors into consideration tomorrow to make a decision for Friday," a JCPS spokesperson said to WHAS11 News.
