Strong was the third cornerback selected by the Bills in the draft. A five-year Hokie, Strong played 53 collegiate games, deflecting 28 passes and intercepting seven. Strong excels in the press game, and will have to demonstrate special teams chops in camp in order to secure a roster spot.

Bills general manager Brandon Beane focused on the defense in the first three rounds of the draft, so on Day 3, he could go in any number of directions.
