Governor Glenn Youngkin and Attorney General Jason Miyares have both released statements criticizing President Joe Biden for granting clemency to the "Waverly Two" -- two men acquitted of the 1998 murder of a Sussex County police officer,

The men had been acquitted by a jury of the murder of a police officer, but the judge had concluded that they had been involved and sentenced them to life in prison.
