The Atlanta Braves now have reported dates for when they will head down to North Port, Fla. for Spring Training

It's been an unusual offseason for the Atlanta Braves. A perennial contender in the National League over recent seasons, the Braves appear content to count on their improvements coming from inside the organization rather than free agents in 2025.

Spring training is near. Last year, the Braves dealt with awful injury luck. They still made the postseason, but suffered another first-round exit. In North Port, they will be at full strength — almost.

ATLANTA —Gray Media has announced that it will air ten Spring Training Major League Baseball games with the Atlanta Braves on two dozen Gray Media stations, beginning with the February 27 game of the Braves versus the Washington Nationals.

This year, Atlanta Braves fans will be able to watch more Spring Training action than ever before. 26 total games out of the 30-game Spring season will be available to watch through local television,

Just Baseball Media's Aram Leighton reported on January 17 that the Atlanta Braves signed a catcher to a minor league contract.

Of the 30 spring games, 26 will be available to watch through local television, cable or streaming, starting with a Feb. 23 contest against the Rays.

MLB.com's Mark Bowman predicted an MLB legacy player to make his first appearance in Major League Baseball with the Braves this spring.

Braves Spring Training games will begin to air on Feb. 27, when they take on the Washington Nationals. As part of the Braves' new partnership with Gray Media announced in December 2024, the 10 Spring Training games will be broadcast exclusively on local television in 24 markets across the southeast.
