Indianapolis quarterback Anthony Richardson has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to ongoing severe back pain, Colts head coach Shane Steichen told reporters Friday.

With Anthony Richardson downgraded to out, the Indianapolis Colts will start QB Joe Flacco against the New York Giants in Week 17.
