For an article published Wednesday, The Athletic's Mike Sando shared that one reason Miami's Cam Ward ended the NFL Scouting Combine as the "consensus" No. 1 quarterback in this year's draft class ahead of Colorado's Shedeur Sanders is because Sanders "hit the wrong notes in combine interviews" with teams.
The first, for most, is Cam Ward out of Miami. He's a 6-foot-2, 223-pound signal-caller who threw for 4,313 yards and 39 touchdowns compared to seven interceptions last season. Other scouts may prefer Shedeur Sanders out of Colorado,
