Washington Capitals goaltender Charlie Lindgren practiced with the team on Wednesday for the first time since his upper-body injury on Friday.

According to Sportsnet NHL insider Elliotte Freidman, the Capitals plan on keeping both of their goaltenders Charlie Lindgren and Logan Thompson for the remainder of 2024-25.

Lindgren practiced with the Capitals on Wednesday and traveling will allow him to continue to skate with his teammates. He seems to be making good progress and might return as early as Saturday versus Pittsburgh.
