Alabama's ban on income tax for overtime pay is set to expire this June, and state legislators are not seeing eye to eye on the future of the exemption.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA ), 2,023 cases of Great Value, Chicken Broth, sold in 48-ounce containers at Walmart, have been recalled. Each case includes six units of the product, meaning 12,138 cartons of broth were recalled.

On Wednesday, the Food and Drug Administration revoked authorization for the use of red dye No. 3 in food and ingested drugs.

The ongoing legal battle over the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission's licensing process is hitting another delay.

The ban removes it from the list of approved color additives in foods, dietary supplements and oral medicines, such as cough syrups.
