Flags are at half-staff across Delaware until further notice to honor a state trooper who was killed in a shooting at a DMV on Dec. 23.

Michigan State Police say a suspect is on "Santa's naughty list" after a trooper noticed him driving a stolen vehicle.

Over the past year, footage from the crash involving Trooper Waters has been featured in public safety messages highlighting the real-world consequences of ignoring the Move Over, Slow Down law. DPS has used the video to underscore how a single decision behind the wheel can permanently change lives and how moving over or slowing down can save them.
