By Philip O'Connor GENEVA (Reuters) -Just when England's reign as women's European champions appeared to be coming to an end, their bench cavalry rode to the rescue once more as substitutes Michelle Agyemang and Chloe Kelly got the goals that put them into the Euro 2025 final.
After Agyemang’s heroics, it was Chloe Kelly’s turn to be the saviour. When Beth Mead was bundled to the ground by Emma Severini, referee Ivana Martincic pointed to the spot. Kelly stepped up, saw her penalty saved, but reacted quickly to convert the rebound.
