Microsoft has been bleeding the Windows Control Panel for several years. However, some options can still only be selected via the Control Panel.
For instance, it's compatible with core systems like the Start Menu and Quick Settings (Action Center), as well as some apps in the Microsoft Store.
Microsoft has tried to dumb down its Control Panel with a simple UI over the years, rather than a list of options, but there’s still a number of settings that don’t exist in the new PC Settings app.
