Josiah Chock took top honors at the competition, earning first place and the title of State Champion in Storytelling. Chock is the 4th Chaska speech competitor to earn the title of State Champion.
In his second-consecutive season repping the Laker red at state, Bristlin glided to 13th place with a final time of 1:17.15.
