Scotts Valley officers arrested a 61-year-old man earlier this week after he was accused of sexually assaulting relatives in the late 1980s and 1990s, according to police.

The pilot was nabbed moments before taking off on a flight to Paris after authorities learned he was wanted on charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor. A black belt shopper wearing heels stopped an armed robbery at a convenience store by karate kicking the assailant.
