To fix a corrupt ISO file, run the System File Checker and the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool. If that doesn’t help, re-download the ISO file.

To fix this error, end the CrossDeviceResume.exe process using the Task Manager, then run the System File Checker, restart your PC and check.

The glitch causes the System File Checker tool to report that certain files are corrupted even if they're not.
