Right-wing influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have landed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after leaving Romania on a private jet Thursday, according to Mateea Petrescu, the brothers’ spokesperson.

The abrupt departure of Andrew and Tristan Tate, who had been held in Romania for two years, raised questions about whether the Trump administration had intervened.

Romania allowed the travel after pressure from Trump officials, a person familiar with the case said. The brothers, vocal Trump supporters, were detained in 2022.
