Manchester United and Bournemouth staged a defense-optional thriller at Old Trafford on Monday, as both teams tossed aside leads in a scintillating 4-4 draw.

Manchester United and Bournemouth put on one of the games of the Premier League season so far, trading blows in a thrilling 4-4 draw that saw Ruben Amorim experiment with his formation.

Yet still, Manchester United weren't able to control the game, and, to the delight of Wolves fans, the home side got their first goal in more than 500 minutes of football, when Jean-Ricner Bellegarde struck unchallenged on the penalty spot to level.

Ruben Amorim's side went ahead in the first half when Bruno Fernandes squeezed home a shot after some dismal Wolves defending. United had dominated the opening quarter but after taking the lead they ceded the initiative to the home side and they responded by levelling in first half added time when Jean Bellegarde turned home from inside the box.
