Lutron expands its Caséta Smart Lighting system with a motion sensor and a range-extending signal repeater The new gadgets announced at CES also work with Lutron’s Serena smart shades.

Lutron’s motion sensor is completely wireless and freestanding, which means it can be mounted to a wall, placed on a flat service, or mounted in a corner somewhere throughout your house.

The new Caséta Smart Motion Sensor links not only with lighting but Lutron's dimmers, fan controls, and Serena smart shades, too. It's a standalone sensor, with a 180-degree field of view.
