A grand jury has indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James on a fraud charge, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Thursday.

Federal prosecutors say James, who last year won a massive civil case against Trump for mortgage and tax fraud, lied while applying for a loan on a three-bedroom home in Norfolk, Virginia.
