One person had to jump from a window to escape a Knoxville house fire near Jacksboro Pike Monday morning.

With help from the Knoxville Police Department, fire investigators arrested 44-year-old Diego Julio Pedro in the Lonsdale area Thursday night, KFD said.

KFD said the home suffered significant fire damage and is a total loss.
