The default Contacts app has the capability to move your contacts easily and we’ll be using that to do the job. Moving phone contacts to SIM card Time needed: 2 minutes.

All of your contacts will be written to the SIM card, which is called a "SmartChip" on LG phones. Remove the SIM card and install it in a different phone to access the contacts you just copied.

Once you've completed these steps, your new SIM card should be activated and ready to use. If you have any issues activating your SIM card, contact your carrier for assistance.
