To make a Standard User as an Administrator on Windows 11/10, you can use Settings, Control Panel, Command Prompt, etc.PowerShell, etc.

On the other hand, an Administrator can change security settings, install and uninstall software, add and remove users, make changes to other user accounts, etc.

To change the account name for a different user (it won’t work for the built-in Administrator account), select Manage another account, choose the account, and select Change the account name.
