Running a registry or the REG file as an administrator on Windows 11/10 isn’t complicated. And there are four quick methods to do so.

Cannot import C:<file-name>reg: The specified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.

In doing so, I discovered something really interesting. These commands can be used to navigate and manage the file system, but they can also be used to navigate and manage the Windows registry.
