When you compose a note, you have the option to tag your friends. Tagging your friends notifies them of your note. You must manually enter each individual friend to tag everyone in a Facebook note.

And Facebook Groups is genuinely one of the best features of the platform. It’s up to everyone to keep it that way, which is why you should probably never tag @everyone.
