The color change is illustrated in the Sample images on the left side of the dialog box. Type a name for your custom theme in the "Name" text field when you have finished changing the colors.
Doing so will eliminate the formatting colors on your table. However, other styles you've added yourself, such as text alignment and custom font size, will remain unchanged.
