Is there a policy or registry setting that can show the My Computer icon on the desktop for all new users that use a Windows 7 PC? Thanks in advance for any replies.

If the Desktop icons are not on the Primary monitor (Monitor 1), but instead are moving to the Secondary monitor (Monitor 2) on a Dual-monitor setup, do this.
