An 11-year-old boy on his way to school was fatally shot in Nevada during a road rage incident, police said. The shooting took place around 7:30 a.m. Friday as two drivers were “jockeying for positions” on a Las Vegas-area highway, Henderson Police Chief Reggie Rader said at a press conference.
