Ford’s turbulent recall streak continues into the second half of 2025, with the automaker issuing a fresh recall that affects more than 312,000 vehicles due to a potentially serious brake issue.

Automaker Ford is recalling about 312,000 vehicles from the 2025 model year, after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said an issue could result in braking troubles for drivers.

Ford has issued a safety recall for several popular SUV and pickup truck models due to issues with the braking systems. Around 312,120 vehicles are affected by the recall, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
