Mayor Keith Wilson says Portland saw 50,000 protesters march peacefully while a separate group damaged an ICE facility, injuring 3 officers.

Federal officers clad in tactical gear deployed smoke, tear gas, flash grenades and other projectiles as the restive crowd of demonstrators hurled water bottles and fireworks.

Hundreds of protesters have gathered outside of the Portland U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building after a “No Kings” march in the downtown and Central Eastside area brought tens of thousands of demonstrators on Saturday afternoon.
