Deputy PM Trần Hồng Hà has asked for all-out efforts to find all victims before the third typhoon to enter Việt Nam's East Sea (South China Sea) this year, Wipha, starts to affect the coastal areas of the country.

A total of 35 people has been confirmed dead and four remain missing after a cruise ship capsized in Ha Long Bay, northern Vietnam’s Quang Ninh province,

The capsized ship was recovered early July 20 and is now docked at a local shipyard awaiting inspection and repair.
