Fully prepared this year, after last season’s Elbo Room surprise party, Florida Panthers fans began gathering before 6 a.m. for a chance to party with the Stanley Cup on Fort Lauderdale

Morgan Rynor reports the players spent hours filling up the Stanley Cup with beer at the Elbo Room and tossing it on the crowd along with spraying their fans with champagne.

The Florida Panthers made history Tuesday night as the third team in the salary cap era (since 2005-06) to win back-to-back Stanley Cups. They also became the fourth team in NHL history to beat the same team in consecutive years to win a Stanley Cup.
