Prosecutors in the case of a man charged in the killings of four University of Idaho students are seeking to use as evidence a college paper he wrote that shows his knowledge of crime scenes, according to a court filing this week.

The suspect in the killing of four University of Idaho students spent 12 pages describing how to process the scene of a stabbing properly.

The accused killer wrote the paper while he was a grad student studying criminal justice at DeSales University in 2020.
