New York Jets coach Aaron Glenn joked about making a playing comeback at 53. Inspired by quarterback Philip Rivers' return, Glenn humorously announced plans to play in the Jets' final games this season against New England and Buffalo.

The Jets injuries other than QB Tyrod Taylor, who left the game after six plays with a groin injury, were DL Tyler Baron (knee), LB Kiko Mauigoa (shoulder), TE Stone Smartt (possible concussion) and TE Mason Taylor (stinger).

Johnson is tied for third on the Jets in sacks with Jowon Briggs. Will McDonald IV (7.0) and Quincy Williams (3.5) have been more productive.
