In the poll - which surveyed 1,002 U.S. adults - 37% of respondents said they approved of the way Trump has handled his job as president. This is the lowest share recorded in his second term, though it's higher than his all-time low of 34%, registered at the end of his first term.

The new Marquette Law School poll found Trump received a 45% approval rating for how he was handling his job as president while another 55% said they disapproved. His approval rating ticked down one percentage point since the poll was last conducted in May, where he had a 46% approval rating and 54% disapproval rating.
