The Notre Dame, Indiana and Purdue women's basketball programs each saw a key player enter the NCAA transfer portal on Monday.
The Purdue Boilermakers had a solid NCAA Tournament run. They entered as the No. 4 seed in the Midwest Region and defeated No. 13 High Point in the first round and No. 12 McNeese in the second round. Unfortunately for them, though, after a hard-fought game, they narrowly fell to the No. 1 Houston Cougars 62-60 in the Sweet 16.
Purdue sophomore guard Rashunda Jones has entered the NCAA transfer portal. She averaged 9.8 points and 3.7 assists per game for the Boilermakers last season.
