Hi, you might want to try finding a website for Agriturismo & Casale San Galgano. If I remember correctly, they are a small hotel/restaurant located right beside the Abbey. My guess is that they'd know how to arrange a wedding at the Abbey (although there are only ruins left, it's a wonderful place!) Good luck
